AURA - Transforming fleet management from monitoring to decision support

AURA is a fleet management platform that helps Aquablu teams, partners, and clients monitor and manage a growing network of water systems. As the fleet expanded, the existing dashboard became difficult to navigate and lacked the structure needed to support operational decisions. I redesigned the platform around user workflows, introducing clearer service management, fleet-level insights, and commercial analytics to help users move from reactive monitoring to proactive decision-making.

Tutorials Platform - Redesigning teacher workflows for scalable educational resources

TU Delft needed a more structured way for teachers and students to discover, create, and use educational resources. Through customer journey workshops, stakeholder collaboration, and prototype testing, we uncovered the challenges teachers faced in managing learning materials. I translated these insights into a centralised platform that improves content workflows for teachers while creating a clearer learning journey for students.

Connecting scientific communities through a unified digital experience

EAACI’s existing digital ecosystem had become difficult to navigate due to diverse audiences, fragmented communication channels, and an outdated website structure. I redesigned their digital experience and developed a platform that supports scientific communication, education, and engagement across their international community.

Self-Service Hotel - Designing a seamless hospitality journey across digital and physical touchpoints

Self-service hospitality requires balancing customer expectations with operational efficiency. We redesigned the guest journey to address friction points around communication, digital key access, booking flexibility, and customer support. By improving both the digital experience and service model, we helped create a more seamless guest experience while strengthening the hotel’s market positioning.

Integrating Circularity in Education at Universities

A research group of the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment of TU Delft is working on the integration of education about circularity in their programmes. We build a digital platform for their community to share their experiences and insights, and exchange about them.
