Tutorials Platform: Enhancing educational resources through an improved workflow for teachers

This project aims to enhance the learning journey of students and the workflow of teachers by creating a centralised hub for educational resources. Through customer journey workshops and prototype testing, we identified the core needs and challenges faced by the teachers.

EAACI

Digital Transformation for Enhanced Interaction

EAACI faced challenges due to diverse stakeholders, limited communication, and a complex, outdated website. Together with my team at Studio Vi, we redesigned their website and created an additional platform facilitating scientific communication and education.

Self Service Hotel

Enhancing customer focus in self-service hospitality

In self-services, focusing on customer needs is crucial. For a hospitality client, we improved the customer journey and business positioning. The main challenges were mismatched expectations, digital key access issues, and poor customer support. Our solutions included better communication, flexible booking, and enhanced customer service with a chatbot and faster responses. These changes improved customer experiences and business positioning.

Integrating Circularity in Education at Universities

A research group of the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment of TU Delft is working on the integration of education about circularity in their programmes. We build a digital platform for their community to share their experiences and insights, and exchange about them.
