When things brake, they get thrown away most of the times, even though they could be repaired quite easily. Most people don’t know how to repair things that brake. Thus, it seems easier to buy a new product, especially if it’s cheap. Unfortunately the obsolescence of a product is often even planned and conceptually provided by the manufacturer.
The application Repair wants to counteract this development towards wasteful consumption. It allows users to repair broken belongings, but also create a tutorial for a product/issue. It connects people with the technical knowledge and people with the need of repair.

Furthermore, there is no tool that supports in making a tutorial easily and
User needs
The 3 personas and the experience map allowed to identify problems and opportunities. Each persona has a different skill level. This helped in defining the features for the application suited to the target group.
It was especially interesting to identify the needs of the person uploading a tutorial. The template should make it easy to add all the information needed and support in the best way.
